I bought a used Xbox one s that came with 4 games. For whatever reason only one game is being read (nba 2k17) and shows up in the start screen and plays. However the other three games (LEGO worlds and 2 360 games) crank back and fourth in the system a few times then are never read. My question is , is this a problem with the xbox or does it happen that the other three game discs are faulty? (No clear scratches or particles on any discs)
If the other games are nice and clean the I would guess that it’s a problem with the laser on the console. You might try taking your discs to a friends house to see if they play on their system. There’s no way to know for sure except to just replace it. Hope this helps.
