hi guys, ive got a macbook pro 2009, and i recently started having trouble with my screen, it only works for about 10 seconds before fading to blueish white colour and the picture fades, if i wiggle the screen it works but other than that it does not work is it the screen and or the cable ?
Try connecting an external display to your system does the external display fade away? If not then your issue is the internal display or the LVDS cable. If it does fade away then you likely have a bad GPU or a cold solder joint on it.
