wont turn on . tried new battery . tried the reset’s. took to best buy no luck. if battery is out red charge light comes on for a little while then off. if battery in no charge light. ! service place said I t was board and I will lose info. pictures and contacts. No micro sd card used everything stored internal memory. Any suggestions to get it fixed or get info from it Thanks. was left on overnight Samsung screen came on froze . now no power up
Ehhh.. I don’t know the combination. But I’m guessing it’s some series of holding the home and power button. We have this for iPhone, called a force restart. I’ve done it a couple times on an Optimus
