Please help me figure out whats wrong. Plays dvds but not blue ray movies and wont play some games.
It is possible that you are having trouble with your laser. It does seem to happen quite frequently. You should see that the blue light on the front turns red when the machine tries to read a disc. Here are the instruction for changing it. You can find a repair video here and the laser lens is available on places like this. Hope this helps. Good Luck
