i factory reset my phone but now i cant get past the wifi setup it keep saying checking connection this can take a while i left it on all night and it still says the same thing please help its a alcatel onetouch elevate
Hi, Try the ‘forget this network’ option in WiFi settings, then turn off and restart the phone and try to set up the WiFi connection again.
