brand new straight outta box…my pc will not do anything.
@crystalshavon , Crystal, If you have already charged the laptop(a couple hours) and it will not power on or do anything, return it for exchange/refund as defective. Good luck. I hope this helped you out, if so let me know by pressing the helpful button.
