Hi guys, I just have this phone in for repair, i changed the dock but it wont charge. the weird thing is that if i remove the dock from the body and then connect it it will charge. Somehow i think its shorting on the speaker, or can it be something different? Hope you can help
It’s better to have the adhesive under the charging port assembly. My guess is that it’s a defective part because I’ve never had this before on replacements. Otherwise probably just not aligned properly with the charging port hole.
Hello If you disconnect at first battery that is okay or if is not maybe something is damaged And is you don’t push firmly the dock at the proper place the will not turn on Good luck
