My phone is turning off and on looping when charging to a wall outlet. Then says to reset w the computer I back it up on. And when I attach it to the computer it won’t come back on. I don’t understand what’s going on with it. Maybe a bad battery?
Put it into dfu, and do a restore. At this point, I don’t think you can just get it out. You’ll have to restore to a backup Open iTunes and connect the iPhone to your Mac. Press and hold the Home button and the Sleep/Wake button at the same time. After exactly 10 seconds release the Sleep/Wake button. Continue holding the home button until you iTunes pops up a message telling you that it has detected an iPhone in recovery mode
