I bought a new battery but the notebook will not stay on without the plugin adapter. I ❤️ love this little notebook I use it as a journal. Can u fix it? Areulia from Chicago albertroseaoj@yahoo.com
@areulia you can try this it may help with your problem . Remove the battery and disconnect the power cord . Then once everything is disconnected hold down the power button for 60 seconds . While you have the battery out check the connectors of the battery to make sure there clean then check the laptops connectors are clean as well. Sometimes batteries a shipped with covers on there connectors and if not removed it may not charge properly . Once you’ve done this , put the battery back in and plug in the laptop reboot and leave the laptop to charge for a while. When you get 100% on you status bar pull the plug and see if it will run off the battery.
