Solved Won T Start Up Gets Stuck At 50 Mac Pro

Can you please help? the logo screen on my MacPro gets stuck at 50% during normal startup but when I try to log into safe mode it gets stuck at around 95%.. it never boots up and I can’t go into disk utility.. I also have Windows installed through Boot Camp, when I try to boot into it the screen becomes black and nothing happens! I cannot boot up my machine at all!
