Won’t play game disks. I found 2 xbox 360 disk drives. I first tested if it plays dvd/cd disks which they did then i put a xbox 360 disk in them. They read it but won’t play it. Please help me?

Do not replace Xbox 360 DVD drives, it simply does not work. You have to hack the drive firmware to make it work on the new console, or even hack the main system. If the drive needs replacement anyway and you don’t want to hack anything, open up the drive, swap the drive controller board then replace the drive. So you have to get a exact same drive model to replace the drive

Check the laser beam on the disc drive It might be dirty
