I have recently changed my internet and there was an update, I didn’t not get time to put new internet in the console. Now it’s asking my to update by downloading the file into a usb I have tried this and it’s says it can’t find the file. I have looked everywhere and no one knows what’s wrong please help!
Have you followed the instructions from Sony exactly? https://www.playstation.com/en-us/suppor… If it does not work when you follow these instructions then you may need to have it repaired.
