How do I fix the wireless mobile mouse 4000 from the arrow stuck on screen?
Does the pointer move when a different mouse is used (if not then the problem is not the mouse)? Is the mouse turned on (there’s an on/off switch on the bottom)? Is the battery fresh? Could it be dead? Is the red laser working?
