Hi, I recently purchased a supposedly new Samsung Galaxy Note 5 (SM-N920T), T-Mobile branded but unlocked in the UK. Unfortunately I cannot get it to charge wirelessly, otherwise everything else works OK. I have tried various charging pads and leads with no success. I have wiped/cleared the cache and factory reset with no luck. I am assuming now it is a hardware fault? Can anyone suggest something else to try? Thanks, Dave
Hi @davewash , If is was purchased new I suggest that you either return it to the place of purchase for replacement as it is faulty or follow the instructions contained in the warranty statement provided with the phone as what you have to do to make a claim for a warranty replacement or refund
