Gateway M6888h, red laptop. There are 3-wire coming from motherboard- black, grey and white. Black and grey wires are connected to wireless network connection at #1 and #2 respectively. White wire is loose. Where does the white wire is supposed to be connected?
Hi @hppy2223 Suggest you to take pics to confirm. Generally some models of wifi card has 3 antenna, while some has 2. if the antenna is not in use, you can tape it to prevent shorting.
