My daughter just ordered a refurbished iPhone 6+ and almost immediately it was glitching out. I contacted the company and they said in order to get a full return ALL the data must be off the phone. Problem is that the phone is stuck in some weird loop between on and off. It’s completely unresponsive. I’ve tried holding the home n power buttons in at the same time but nothing happens. Any advise?
For dead on arrival devices, how can they verify if data is wiped? Just go to icloud.com and proceed with device wipe, then remove device from your iCloud account and send it back to the seller.
