There are a lot of reasons for your wipers not working but first I must ask why did you replace the entire fuse box or are you replacing just the fuse? Have you tested to see if there’s power at the wiper motor ? Checked the switches for power on each side of the switch. Checked the wiring for continuity? A multi meter or test light goes a long way to helping diagnose your problem .
