My new laptop was supposed to have windows outlook and exel. There was a message about it being sent later. When will this happen?
Hi, As these programs aren’t installed and if you still have the message about them being sent later, follow up with the sender of the message as to what has happened regarding the programs being sent to you. If there is no contact information on the message as it is a new laptop, contact the dealer who you bought it from and firstly verify that it was supposed to come with Windows Outlook and Office installed and then since they are not installed ask what why haven’t you received the programs as per the message.
