ASUS Q550L Notebook PC After installing W10 The Cursor was frozen, the Touchpad and Mouse Buttons would not respond. After a call into ASUS Tech support the issue was resolved with a Driver Upgrade suggested by ASUS. Then I noticed that the Numerical Keys would not respond at all. Tried to engage the Num Lock but this also would not respond. The number keys across top of keyboard are operational. Anybody have thoughts on a resolution to this issue. John
Hi, Was it the ATKACPI driver you updated or was it the Smart Gesture? If it was the Smart Gesture only, try updating the ATKACPI driver, here is a link (ATK package) http://www.asus.com/support/Download/3/5…
