Chosen Solution

Two months ago this tablet was updated to Windows 10. Last week as I went to use it, it went into it’s automatic update. The update took forever and when it was done the tablet was in a continuous reboot loop. I have spent the last 3 days researching and trying possible fixes with no luck. Do I now have a new paperweight?

Did you backup? I hope you did. Here’s what to do: Update the BIOS. If that doesn’t fix it try this:

  1. Try booting into safe mode.
  2. If #1 doesn’t work then you’ll have to reinstall windows 10 with a USB or DVD.
