My tablet only powers on and that is it it will not go to the home screen and I cannot go to settings to factory reset it how can I fix this
Let’s try these things first by pressing the power button. 2 Press and hold the power button and volume down button. This will boot your tablet into Recovery Mode. 3 Once your device vibrates release the power button, but keep on holding the other buttons. 4 Now your tablet should boot into the Recovery mode. 5 Use your volume up and down keys to highlight the ‘Factory reset’ option. 6 Press the power button to proceed. 7 Wait for the device to complete the resetting process. 8 Your tablet should now be unlocked.
