My kindle will not start, shows only start up screen. Have followed reboot instruction from amazon but didn’t work. Called tech support and they told me to purchase a new one. Is it repairable?
If it was an apple product you may have been more lucky with the support, however with amazon kindles, buying a new one is probably the best you can do.
