I have a Wii in for repair. When I plug it in, red power light comes on. Try to power it on, red power light goes out, blue tray light blinks, then nothing. I’m using my power cord which is good. I tried the “Reset Adapter” even though we know my power cord has not tripped. I’ve not disassembled the console yet. Any suggestions on where to look? Internal power supply unit?
This is a customers Wii and I doubt it is under warranty. They tried a neighbors power cord before bringing it to me. I’ve tried my power cord and still no joy.
If you still have warranty just send it in to Nintendo… If not, get a new power cable… Still no? Get a new wii, a capacitor must have blown out…
