I have a used iPad 4 it will not turn on, will not show charging, will not connect to PC. looking for the best suggestion as what to check first? I would think it’s the battery htt I am open to suggestions of things to check before I replace it. Thanks for your input
RJ. I Pad will fail to turn on if its battery is completely dead, check battery and charger if you can or have a Tech. check it. Maybe try this first, try a hard reset which may get you up and running again.
