Please help me figure out how to fix this issue with my dell laptop? It is a inspiron N5110, win 7 home premium
It sounds like the boot files for your computer got corrupted. Try using the recovery disk that should have come with your computer. Worst case is that you may have to install Windows again if it is not able to fix the boot problem. You should try running diagnostics, press f12 at Dell splash screen, this can verify that the hard drive is good. It is possible that the hard drive has gone bad and is the cause for not booting.
