Friend gave me a phone she Thought had a bad battery, changed it. Everything powered as it should. Plugged in charger nothing. Is not detected on itunes. tried new chargers. Changed power port. Still same thing
If you are sure it is not the charging dock, usb cable or the fpc dock connector then I would say your tristar needs replacing.
