My phone was fine. I ran the battery all the way down. Put it on the charger and checked it. It wasn’t charging so I plugged it into another outlet. It started buzzing every couple of seconds. Tried another charger and the same thing happened. When I tried to power up, it had a picture of a plug and outlet. Which wouldn’t be odd, accept it’s never done that before. I don’t know enough about it to have comfortably taken it apart.

I’ve never heard of a plug and outlet image sign before. I’ve only ever seen the battery logo / percentage with charging bolt and green . Sounds like either battery has gone faulty or needs to be charged up again as it has gone dead flat. I actually had to disassemble the phone to the battery and externally charge it on two Samsung Galaxy S6 edge plus that had the same issue. You are probably going to have to take it to a phone reputable repair shop to get it fixed / diagnosed hardware wise.
