I water damaged my iPhone 7 and then my brother plugged it in to charge while i was in college as he didn’t know it was water damaged. So, I sent it to a apple store in London as there are no official apple stores in Pakistan. They repaired it for 150£ and I will get it back by tomorrow, but do you think I should still use it or should I sell it? I had only used it for 2 months. Do you think it will work like it did before? Please help x
If it has been repaired from an official apple store, that means you get a refurbished iPhone back (it will most likely not be the same phone but a different one that has been fixed). It should be fine to use actually and the warranty for repair is there just in case it goes bad soon after. I would wait for others to give their opinion on this, but I have yet for a refurbished iPhone from apple to go bad.
