If my phone was to be in a furnace which burns at around 1200 degrees celsius, for about four hours would all the data and memory be destroyed from the NAND Flash Memory Chip that is inside? I am wondering if I am able to get the data back if the chip is still in tact.
It is not just the NAND you have to worry about. To be able to retrieve your data the CPU and the EEPROM must also be undamaged as they are tied together and all three are needed. I don’t like your chances but I think it would be worth sending it to a reputable repairer that can do CPU transfers.
