Hey guys. I had to disconnect the home button of an iPhone 6 because it was causing the battery to drain on standby so, with the iOS 10 update just around the corner, I have to ask: will updating the operative system brick my device? Things to consider: I’ve updated iOS before without any trouble when the home button was working but Touch ID wasn’t. Thanks in advance!
Apple have patched error 53 so it is no longer an issue to worry about.
