Will ifixit suction cup work on a broken screen?
It depends very much on the number and position of cracks..if you have a mosaic type of screen break it will hardly work. You can try sealing the area with some strong adhesive tape or just decide to go for a prying tool such as the iSesamo, especially if the screen is being replaced for the first time and you still have the fairly strong adhesive along the screen edges.
