Hi, I’ve Been repairing iPhone screen for a while, but now worried about losing money by causing the error 53 message. If i swap a screen but still use the original home button, so touch ID still work and links will this cause error 53? is it game over for repairs my screens? thanks
No, this is completely fine, replacing or damaging the home button is what causes error 53, this has been known practically since the release of the iPhone 6. You will be completely fine replacing screens and transferring original home button. :-)
