I had my iPhone 6 screen fixed by a third-party service a couple of months ago.. and just today, an issue with my camera came up. I spoke to someone over the phone from Apple services and they told me that damages from an accident would occur immediately so most likely, the camera issue is a hardware problem and since I ‘still fall under warranty’ they could replace my phone for free if I bring it to a genius bar. I know for a fact that the camera issue is irrelevant to any screen damage because I have been able to use everything perfectly fine up until today, and the screen replacement was at least a month ago. If they realize that my phone screen had been previously replaced , am I going to have to pay for a replacement instead?

Since the screen has been replaced it will not be covered under warranty and they will most likely charge you for a out-of-warranty replacement. What issue is with your camera? Is it the rear-camera not focusing? Not working at all? If not focusing then replacing the rear camera will fix it. If it’s not working at all with the warning symbol on the top right in the camera app then that is the camera ic chip that has gone bad most likely.
