I dropped my iPhone 7 Plus about a year ago and the screen was badly damaged and cracked. I’ve noticed that dust has gotten inside through the cracks of the screen and I wanted to see if Apple will clean the inside of the phone if I ask them. I haven’t taken the phone apart or anything. I asked on the Apple community and all they kept saying was that Apple might not replace the screen because of the dust which sounds completely ridiculous.
You could ask them but I don’t think they will. It would cost apple millions of dollars to do this service as they would have to undertake a risk assessment evaluation and health and safety report to produce a step by step guideline for the Genius employees to follow. And they would probably require training.
