I have replaced the click wheel to my 7th gen 160GB iPod Classic before and am still not convinced that it works as well as the click wheel on my previous iPod Video 5th Gen 60GB. Does anyone know if I were to buy a replacement click wheel for the 5th gen iPod Video, if it would work if I were to use it as a replacement click wheel for my iPod Classic 7th Gen, 160GB?

@kduke no it does not. Tried it before and failed ;-). Get a proper replacement
