Just got a 2015 MBA 11" 1TB SSD, and left the 256Gb useless, so I decided to put the 256Gb on my mid-2013 MBA 13", but it won’t read it. Does it work or I did something wrong?

As you can see both system use a custom PCIe x2 interface. But! The revision of the SSD firmware is likely the issue here. The older model’s SSD won’t play in the newer system.
