Hi.. My iphone 6 had ruined because of water damage several months ago. I already sent to several places to make it fixed. But when already fixed by them after couple weeks ago i got some issues. At first wifi become greyed suddenly and nothing i can do about it and then my iphone become dead and can not turned on. I just leave it like that for 1-2 days and them i can turned on the iphone but it only stuck on apple logo. Somebody please tell me where is the problem? Thanks.
That is the risk of repairing water damaged phones. Even when you do a proper decontamination (ultrasonic bath etc) there is always the possibility that corrosion is still occurring underneath any one of the IC’s. In your case, the WLAN IC clearly had some ongoing oxidation issues underneath. You can always have it replaced. However, you need to determine the root cause and not just replace components randomly. Seeing as how you already tried more than one shop (and assuming they did quality work), perhaps your phone is too far gone. If you need to recover your data, look for a shop that specializes in data recovery.
