I tried to reset everything but i think it is hardware issue. I spilled coke on top of the keyboard, mostly around ESC area, also landed on the port where you charge the battery. Everything seems to work fine. Keys all working fine, screens are fine but wifi is the only problem. I get the message, “No Hardware installed”. What parts do you think i need to replace?
It sounds like you’ve damaged the I/O board and maybe the AirPort board as well. Follow this IFIXIT guide: MacBook Pro 13" Retina Display Early 2015 I/O Board Replacement and I would replace both the board and the cable for starters MacBook Pro 13" Retina (Early 2015) Right I/O Board & MacBook Pro 13" Retina (Late 2013-Early 2015) I/O Board Data Cable. Here’s the airPort board but I would wait until you’ve checked yours out MacBook Pro Retina (2015) Airport/Bluetooth Board.
