I have read the “answers” but don’t see a solution. Am I missing something? Does anyone know how,where to fix this problem. Or is it not fixable on such an old devise?

Also, check on here It explains an attempt to fix the WiFi module. One more link about repairing WiFi module The module is available for purchase but somewhat costly and PITA to replace. I do hope that this gives a bit of insight as to what is involved and what you may have to try…..http://www.bestofferbuy.com/Genuine-Repa… you could also tr y to repalce the WiFi Network Connector Antenna Flex Cable and see if it makes a difference. It is relative inexpensive compared to the rest. Good Luck
