The wifi is turning on automatically, even after I go into “settings” and turn off the wifi.

My wifi was turning itself on and i found out it was the straighttalk app that i let update. I went to the app and went to the menu and scrolled down to wifi optimizer and checked the last box which shut off the wifi optimizer.
Qlink app must do it too cause I’m having the same issue thanks 🙏
