I can’t get wifi on phone as it is greyed out, tried resetting it. I left it in a repair shop and was told there is a dent in the housing that can’t be fixed. I only have the phone 13 months and was brand new when bought. Can anything be done?

When wifi is greyed out is not a matter of antennas or parts replacement, something is faulty at the logic board level. If it’s due to a hit it might be a relatively straightforward repair but the board would need to be examined with a microscope and tested to say what exactly is. You’ll likely need the help of someone who does professional microsoldering to have a good chance to get your wifi back.
