I have a P30 Lite 10 days ago I dropped my phone and the screen was broken, almost nothing could be seen and touchscreen didn’t work that well. Someone replaced my broke screen, and after the replacement wifi and bluetooth have weak connection. It does not connect at my living room and bedroom, where it connected before the repair. I tried factory reset, restarting the wifi router and nothing works.
Hi @jose12 , Try using the phone’s WiFi as close as possible to the router to see if it works OK. If so then there is an antenna problem. The WiFi and the BT use the same antenna as they both work on the 2.4GHz band. The phone will have to be opened and checked that the antenna has been reconnected properly. Here’s an image taken from a teardown video of the phone that shows the antenna cable and connection in the phone.
(click on image to enlarge for better viewing) If you paid for the screen repair take it back to the repairer and tell them about the problem, as they didn’t test the phone properly after it was fixed.
I have the same problem. How did you repair the phone? I bought the phone yesterday and the buyer told me that screen has been changed, in that moment I couldn´t verify the wifi and bluetooth. I realized when i came at home.
Deseo saber si tuvieran solución a este problema ya que tengo la misma situación con un p30 leica, quién hizo el cambio de la pantalla no sabe porqué situación no agarra el wi-fi ni el bluetooth, lo lleve a otro y también no saben ellos dicen que supuestamente la pantalla o el marco de la pantalla es la antena para wi-fi y Bluetooth, y tengo el mismo problema qué a corta distancia del router enlace ipasa 23 minutos y se desenlaza solo o el bluetooth antes lo usaba con mis audífonos bluetooth y ahora ya no me deja, si alguien ya soluciono este problema pasen el dato por favor
A mí ya me solucionaron el problema, tuvieron que hacer reballing a chip de la antena del wifi y Bluetooth (vienen juntas en un solo chip). Ya con eso se solucionó.
