Bluetooth n WiFi won’t cut on…..press it n it acts like it wants to bt cuts back off. Did the factory reset still didn’t help any suggestions?
Hi, You don’t give the make and model number of your tablet and possibly more importantly, how long that you have had it, whether you had it from new or whether the WiFi and BT have worked before. If you’ve had it for less than 12 months from new and even if the WiFi and BT worked before, I suggest, given a factory reset did not resolve your problem, that you verify that the warranty period is still valid and if so, follow the directions given in the warranty section of the user guide that came with the tablet, about what to do in regard to making a claim for a warranty repair or replacement. If you cannot find the user guide, ‘Google’ the tablet’s manufacturer to find out about their warranty service procedures.
