my tablet froze up and wont do nothing
Hi, Gently insert an opened paper clip into the RESET hole on the back of the tablet to operate the reset button, then press and hold the Power button for 4~5 seconds to turn on the unit. Be careful - do not stick the paperclip into the microphone hole on the side of the tablet as you may damage the microphone. Here’s an image taken from the user manual for your tablet, showing the location of the reset button.
