Y is why would my speed sensor be getting hit Update (02/08/2017) onmy98silverrado if a change the sensor will it fix it from breaking again
shawnoquin , Because of little info. supplied, not sure this is your problem. What I have noticed on a lot of trucks that have damaged wheel speed sensors, is that the backing plates/dust shields are rusted out or missing. With the shields not protecting the sensor from build up of gravel, mud, snow,ice,etc., the sensor can be damaged/wires pulled out, etc. Make sure the backing plates/shields front and rear, are in good shape and in place to help prevent damage.
