Hi My name is Ezra snd i was hoping that you could help me find out why my wifi wont turn on. Every time i try to enable the wifi it keeps saying ERROR and will not turn on I have tried everything please help me
Hi, Most probably this is a hardware problem. Of course you can try firs a Hardware reset (before do this, make a back-up). Next step is to check for updates. Because you haven’t WiFi connection, you can do this from 3G internet. Finally, if this not resolve the problem, the phone must be opened for checking. Regards.
