When I start my phone up it wont move it will stay on the apple sign screen?
Your phone is testing all of the important subsystems during the boot process. If it stays stuck on the Apple logo, that means something important is not working properly. This is very hard to troubleshoot remotely. You could try a bare bones approach; have only the battery and Lightning port connected and then see if it is recognized by iTunes (which would confirm the phone has booted). If that works, then add one subsystem at a time until you figure out what doesn’t work. If the bare-bones phone does not boot, it could be the Lightning port but more realistically, it will be the logic board.
