i have the tablet plugged in but it wont charge above 20% then discharges and shuts down.
Hi, Does the tablet work OK with the charger connected? If so, the battery may be faulty or failing. How old is the tablet? Check the tablet’s sales receipt or proof of purchase document to verify the purchase date to see if the warranty period still applies to the tablet. If it does follow the instructions in the warranty statement that came with the tablet as to what to do to make a claim for a warranty repair or replacement.
