Chosen Solution
My iPhone 5c was ok but did have some issues before this one such as, not connecting to a network or the battery draining really fast.( has anyone else experienced this?) I have now bought a huawei and its 100x better but i still have stuff on my iPhone i would like to access. I have plugged it in and it is not recognisable by my laptop and ive left it to charge over night but nothing. I dont reallly want to do a hard reset because im not fussed about the phone i just want the photos and stuff. hope someone can help, thanks in advance xx
Considering the age of the phone, you may just have a dead battery. You can always try to replace it yourself by following this guide. If this solves the problem, you can then extract your data from the phone.
