I bought this camera on ebay and it worked great at first but the camera wont charge the battery, and when i connect it to power, instead of charging it just blinks repeatedly.
Status LED Description Green (blinks slowly) Charging normally Off Charging finished Green (blinks quickly) Error I would suggest to use a AC charger and not the USB from a computer. If your battery is discharged to low the USB port will not supply enough amperage to charge the battery. I would definitely start with a new battery, and an external charger. That way you know for sure what works, especially since this is a “refurbished” camera. You could look at places like this for your parts. Good Luck

Mine was my sisters but, she said the t it did’t do anythng a long time ago now 4/3/2016. I have found it in a box at my house and found the charger but, it didn’t charge. So I went to youtube and search up how to charge it but everybody didn’t show how to charge it and now I’m telling you. So, can you help me please anyone I need it to work.
I also have that problem with the battery. I have another complaint. The button to turn on the camera is so small that I have a terrible time getting it on. I am 74 years old and when it goes on, I love the camera but it is so frustrating for instance, when I was at my grand daughters college graduation and she was coming down the path going to the stage and I could not get the camera to turn on. I was so upset as this only happens once in my grand daughters life. I originally had a cannon and it was great until someone stole it from me. If I cannot get this problem along with the battery problem fixed, it looks like I am going to ask my children to get me another cannon for my birthday.
i have a sanyo its not that old and and the back screen dont come on i check evevrything and i dont know what to do the store wont take it back
Trying to charge Sanyo VPC-T1496. Manual says green light should be blinking slowly; it is steady. What might be the problem?
